The Grant County Fair books will be mailed to families, please refer to this book for a complete description of each Division and Class. The book can also be found on our Grant County Extension website at: https://www.ndsu.edu/agriculture/extension/extension-county-offices/grant-county/4-h

Please help the judges and fair staff by entering a detailed description of your exhibit. This may include design, color, and anything else that will help identify the exhibit. For example, if you type in "bird house" we do not know which birdhouse is yours. If you type in "bird house with red tin roof, star shape entrance, and blue walls" we will be able to find the bird house.

Entries are due by Monday, July 27th!

Static tags will be available for pick-up July 30th and 31st in the Extension office! Any not picked up will be mailed August 3rd.

Tips for Online Entries:

• Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are the recommended browsers.

• Make sure to sign in with the GREEN button to enter your 4HOnline credentials.

• Register all entries for each exhibitor in the FAMILY before proceeding to the PAYMENT section. (there is no charge but this is part of the process)

• Be sure to click the "Submit" button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not final until they have been submitted.

• Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries.

• You will receive a second email when your entries have been approved.

• YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT AGAIN UNTIL YOUR PREVIOUS ENTRIES ARE APPROVED BY THE EXTENSION OFFICE.
